What are the default settings? Changed the original settings to try to obtain analysis but now can't remember the original settings.

Aponeuroses:
Tubeness sigma: 8
Length (% of FoV width): 80

Fascicles:
ROI height (% of thickness or 1/2 thickness): 50
ROI width (% of ROI width): 60
Laplacian of Gaussian (sigma): 1

NB: These settings are the default ones because they worked best on the images used to develop the script. You probably need adjustments.
