Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

running trestle author profile-generate with the -y argument does not include that file's contents in the output markdown yaml headers.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run line 34 of the Makefile in https://github.com/oscal-compass/compliance-trestle-ssp-demo/blob/main/Makefile
  2. Verify that extra header fields are not in the output markdown

Expected behavior

The fields from extra-profile-metadata.yml is in the generated markdown
