Reinstall msi during upgrade

We have our base and upgrade setups in the following manner
RTM - A.msi (v1.0) and B.msi (v1.0)
Upgrade setup - A.msi (v2.0) and B.msi(v1.0)

Installation steps

1. Install RTM -> A and B msi's are installed
2. Install Upgrade setup -> v2 of A msi is installed but B msi installation is skipped (as the same msi is referenced in both RTM and upgrade)

Log:
state: Present, default requested: Present, ba requested: Present, execute: None

Question - Is it possible to force install B msi (same msi installation again) during upgradation

Can anyone please help us in finding a way to reinstall msi B
