How can I modify a single genre tag for many songs, without altering the songs' other genre tags?

Let's say I have 100 songs with the genre tag "Hip-Hop". Each of those songs also has multiple other genre tags: some have "Street", "US", "France", etc.
How can I change all 100 songs' "Hip-Hop" tag to "Rap" without altering the other genre tags that each song has?
