It seems that this Reqnroll plugin for Visual Studio is causing the build to fail when the NUnitRetry.ReqnrollPlugin is used.
Building with dotnet or with Rider does not have the same issue.

Could this issue be actually caused by the Reqnroll Visual Studio plugin (the way it loads assemblies)?
