PrimeNg 18/19 Theming + ShadowDom Configuration

Previously, when working with the a shadowdom we could just apply the primeng css files within the shadowdom.

With the theming changes, the styles seem to get applied to the document, which result in missing all the styles in the shadowdom application.

Is there a way to configure this? Maybe to apply at a specific component level? If not, is this something that could be added?
