Verona 17.0.0 Fixed open in new tab and added Drawer Menu type

Hello,
I just purchased some of your templates and I saw this one doesn't have the drawer menu. I added with also the anchor option and some animation corrections when changing among menu types. I also fixed the option to open menu items in tabs. It also works with the middle-mouse click.

Pls let me know if I can make a pull request.
