Treetable partialchecked checkbox icon not working

Hi guys I'm having problems rendering the [p-data-]partialchecked icon in the checkbox for the treetable component. It works perfectly on the site but not in my app. I believe I have all sass files included. Anyone else facing this issue?
Any known resolution?
