I have several questions before making another purchase. Originally, I bought a complete Verona template without realizing it was in Next.js; I thought I was buying in React.js. Beyond that, I'm looking to purchase blocks. In the first image, it shows $49 for a single developer, but when I click the button, the price shown is the one in the second image. Something seems wrong or there's an issue.

Additionally, I want to know if these blocks will work like the free ones, where you can import and adjust values as needed, or will I need to download the components as in Verona? I am currently working with React.js and Vite, and I'm not familiar with Tailwind or Next.js. I apologize if my question is cumbersome; I really want to purchase the product, but only if it meets my needs and at the correct price.

One more question: Is the Block option a subscription to use all templates at that price, or is it for a single template in particular?
