Hello, as a maintainer of HAM, a static wiki framework based on Halfmoon and Jekyll, I'm excited to integrate Giscus and other comment box widgets into the framework for flexibility. In fact, I also use this self-made framework to document some of my projects as well, such as https://apidocs.mobi6012-bmi.reinhart1010.id and https://hackapedia.reinhart1010.id.
However, integrating both Giscus and Utterances to HAM comes with a challenge. Halfmoon has two interchangable themes (light and dark) which can be further customized via CSS variables. Sure, I've also seen that Giscus itself is customizable via CSS variables, but this integration would be more seamless by providing another theme which directly maps CSS variables from Giscus to Halfmoon.
It would also be a great idea to create another CSS theme which respects the Halfmoon's default light and dark colors, especially for sites which opts to not using CSS variables.
