It's not politics, it's overpopulation :) too many people and communities are on that instance, so it's been breaking a lot lately. It's also a good idea to spread things out for federation generally, anyway

I think you just have to wait for federation to catch up. It's lemmy.world being weird again :) Remove me when your instance catches up

Now I have access to modify the community but I can't seem to find how to add or remove mods.
