please note that the git up sign up is failing because captcha is not available for verification.
please see into the matter at the earliest

I am also facing exact same issue while I try to reset my GitHub password and also while I try to create a ticket to GitHub support. Basically, where ever captcha is required on GitHub.com, all those features are blocked.

Can anyone please help on this what to do? Or it has to be fixed by GitHub?
