I can't understand how to fetch data from GitHub API using the R language. Can anyone please help me how to fetch the dataset for performing EDA on 1M repos data?

This documentation should point you in the right direction. As far as hitting the endpoints from R, you'll need some R-based http client, such as httr. Hope this helps!
