Issue Accessing GitHub Copilot Pro with Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

I recently got my GitHub Student Developer Pack approved, but I am unable to access GitHub Copilot Pro, which is supposed to be included in the pack. When I try to use Copilot, it doesn’t show the Pro version benefits.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there any specific step I need to follow to activate Copilot Pro under the Student Developer Pack?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @shivasankaran18,

To redeem your Copilot offer, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
