codebase context with multiple branches

Hi
I use copilot in monorepo and i have multiple branches and code is changing constantly.
when i switch to a branch copilot continue making suggesions from an other branch.
is there anyone who know how the embeddings are done? is it branch based or it is continuously embedding?
