I can't prove my academic status

I tried various authentication methods, including student ID and China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center report, but no matter what they all gave me the following prompt.

If your document contains a verification code please make sure it is included in your image. If not, then please submit a different document in order to demonstrate your academic affiliation.

Finally after trying various methods to change my billing information name and my profile name, it gave the following prompt

Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your academic affiliation based on the information you submitted on Nov 25, 2024 for @.
