Não estou conseguindo permissão ao github student

Mesmo tendo o documento de identificação da faculdade, na modalidade ADS, e utilizando minha ISC Estudantil, não consigo ter sucesso na solicitação ao programa Estudante do GitHub.

A mensagem de rejeição :
