Unable to upload my student academic Record

Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am currently pursuing an online master’s degree at Monash University. My initial application for the GitHub Student Developer Pack was rejected because my student ID card does not include a photo. To address this, I am now attempting to upload my academic record as proof of enrollment.

However, I am encountering some challenges:
1. The user interface does not allow me to upload a PDF document.
2. The front camera feature is active, but it cannot capture the document clearly.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve these issues or any alternative verification methods you can recommend.
