Question on github education for teacher

Hi everyone,

I registered a github account with my university account information and got the education pack to work fine. But I converted that account into an organization, which can not be used as a normal account. So, my education pack can not be used anymore. When I use my personal account (with adding my university email address) to apply for the education pack, it reports this has been assigned to my previous account (the one changed into an organization)... Any help? Many thank.
