Hi everyone,
I'm trying to upload proof of my academic status. I take a screenshot for my contract since my ID has an old date on it. And I'm getting: Why are you not on campus? and I have to upload an image supporting your reason for being far from campus.
I don't know why getting this, though I already did previously the submission, but it got expired. Also, I'm in the university and do not know why it shows this problem.
