LMS not properly registered with GitHub Classroom

Hi everyone,

We are having a problem with Github Classroom and Canvas.
We are getting the message:
LMS not properly registered with GitHub Classroom in Canvas

When we go to Github and try to register the LMS, we are getting this message:
LMS Already Registered

Does anyone have a solution to our problem?
