In zip-rs/zip2#24, the list of required automated checks still includes "Build and test (macOS-latest, 1.67.0)", "Build and test (ubuntu-latest, 1.67.0)" and "Build and test (windows-latest, 1.67.0)" even though I've updated the ruleset to reflect that the MSRV is now 1.70.0. Thus, I'll have to manually merge this PR with an override. Could checks removed from the ruleset please also be removed from the already-open PRs so that this doesn't happen again?
