When I keep clikcing around I do get this error, at gitab-setting:
But also on the frontend it shows "Gitlab Integration is not enabled, please contact your administrator", so I assume that error is expected? |

I have the same problem. The software is completely broken due to this bug. The initially created user can neither create users nor projects. Even with the demo software from the manufacturer, it is not possible to create even one project. I would say that this is a major bug that needs to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise the software is completely superfluous |

I was able to make progress. When I reload the page, I have about 1-2 seconds to open the dropdown at the top right. If I'm fast enough, I can click on the company setting and I'm in "admin mode" so I can add users or projects, for example. Now I have a new bug: |

I just installed using docker-compose and nginx-proxy. See below for what I used, which went flawlessly.
PROBLEM: The admin-user does not have the menu-item for the company-setting page as shown in the documentation.
During install it shows:
The one undocumented thing is APP_KEY. I suppose to change that, but I'm only guessing how to do this. So my only guess was that I should have left that as it was.
I also see different APP_KEY entries in the documentation and in the Dockerfile. I tried the one from git and the one from the documentation, and that did not solve it. I simply don't know what it does.
Did anybody encounter the same problem and knows what to do?
What does APP_KEY do?
And (emptied) .env:
