Address encoding in client SDK #144

Need a scheme for the address encoding (binary => human readable), may indicate also the network id.
Default encoding scheme: EUP55 compatible (remove BASE58)
In order to allow the client SDK to verify the scheme, need an address argument type. Potentially can be done leaving the binary type as bytes.
