Replace the reference to 2.1 from the official 2.0 FES

Maxence has created custom FE schemas for expr.xsd :

      </xsd:complexContent>
   </xsd:complexType>

This seems useless, thus everything needs to be updated (jaxb etc) to match rather the official FE2.0 http://schemas.opengis.net/filter/filter-2_0_1.zip
