Suppress pyoracc warnings for Arabic characters

When processing files which contain Arabic characters, pyoracc throws a lot of warnings which get written to the terminal. This is not visible under normal use but is a pain when debugging. It is unclear if these can be suppressed in nammu or if changes need to be made to pyoracc.
