By the way, you are not to request to edit the report template. You are to make a copy of the template, and then use your duplicated copy for your report. That is why it was declined.

Hello @preciouslizzie you are not to try to edit the template, you are to make a copy of the template, it is the copy you make that will be able to edit and fill your details
