Hello @chinnyevan . I can imagine the work you must have put in this, well done.

For your Story outline, you're not supposed to have dialogue in the story outline. The dialogue should be for the script, you're supposed to just describe it. Can you check that?

For your Script, the quiz should come before the summary. Summary and an introduction the the last chapter should be what comes last. Also, you didn't add the concept cards for the concept you described in the beginning.
I also think you should highlight your answers for the quizzes.

There's a lot of "and" in your skill tree, can you maybe just rephrase them, just to make sure the skills are atomic, something like, Explain how the immune system protects the body from diseases and infections, you can take out the diseases and infections.
Can you also reduce your brainstorming, just make it concise, pass the point but don't list a lot
The questions on your skill tree don't have options, you can make use of the several question type used in oppia, like checkboxes, multichoice, text answer, drag and drop and images

For your skill table also, you should adjust your brainstorming questions, for your acquired skill can you replace understand with something else, it's not measurable.
Also you can number the skills using bulletpoints.
For your misconceptions and remediations, you should have a remediation for each misconception not having the remediations all combined.
You can also expand your table to have more space.

You should go through this guide also look at the mentors comment on others work it'll help guide you while you wait for their response
