Your story is great.
Your story outline should be a description of your story, not the story itself, so your story isn't supposed to have dialogue.
Can you check the mentor reviews of some other story outline, while waiting on their review on yours?

Here are a few points to note:

• Since you're creating lessons on financial literacy, please stick to the main characters provided in this sample story outline. You can ignore minor characters or add more character(s) that suit your narrative.
• Conversations in the story outline are quite unnecessary, these should be in the scripts.
• This story outline seems advanced and complex for your target audience. Try to make the story very simple, and goal-oriented, having a plot. It shouldn't be just someone "teaching and explaining".
• There is no hook or motivation in your story outline, that is, an event, incident, or situation that serves as a foundation for the topic.
• You can read through the Financial Literacy lessons that have been created, to understand this better. The guide to creating science lessons will help too.
