You have done a great work

Here are my few comments
For your skill tree, your skills were not really atomic, something that is atomic cannot be broken down further, but some of your skills have "and", this implies that it can be broken down further.
Some of the terms are complex for the age group we're working with, like "touch-related reflexes".
You can also work on the brainstorming so it'll not be a lot of words
In your questions, multiple choice questions should be listed out and the answer highlighted, checkbox questions should have the checkbox close to it.
In your story outline, you quoted somethings. It's supposed to be a description of the story, so there should be no quoting

In your skill table, you can make the "why is this topic useful for kids" more concise
I noticed that there are no final challenge question. In this guide, there's a section that says every lesson should have at least 1 final challenge question, though it could be up to 3.

For your acquired skills, our mentors added that "understand" wasn't measurable, please check that.

In your feedback for story outline, you should highlight your options, then for the feedback, indicate the options you're giving the feeback on, example is

• joy
• peace
• love

Then you can add option 1: this is correct1
option 2: This is not correct, ...

On your skill tree:

• Your brainstorming seems interesting, but it's quite wordy. Try to make it concise.
• Some of your skills are measurable, but most need to be rephrased and concise. Words like 'explain and predict' are not measurable. Lesson 2 Skill 4 has two skills combined, take note.
• Make your questions more of real-life scenarios using relatable characters. Your options should be outlined clearly. You can refer back to the samples given for a guide on this.

On your skill table, I'll be reviewing lesson 1 :

• Your responses to the brainstorming questions need to be rephrased. 'Why is this topic useful to kids', and 'What will they be able to do in their lives once they master this topic?', think about these questions and the proper way to respond to them. You can check the guide for creating science lessons document for a guide on this.
• Your prerequisite and acquired skills should also be measurable. Words like 'familiarity and explain' are not measurable. Take note of this.
• The skills in your skill table should be the exact skills you listed in your skill tree.
• Your remediation and misconception are not relatable, like, "students think nose is for taste", and "students believe that the senses work in isolation". Use applicable misconceptions that kids will likely have about these skills.
• Some of your skills have blank columns that shouldn't be.
• Use real-life scenarios with relatable characters for your questions. There should be no conversation on your topic development.
• You have some repetition in your topic development. Peruse the sample docs given to understand how a well-structured skill table looks.

On your story outline:

• Most of your characters are the same as those used in the 'Food and Nutrition' story outline. Please, use a new set of characters.
• Conversations in the story outline are quite unnecessary, these should be in the scripts.
• There is no hook or motivation in your story outline, that is, an event, incident, or situation that serves as a foundation for the topic. You can read through the Hygiene and Disease lessons to understand this better. The guide to creating science lessons will help too.

On your script:

• Some of the conversations in your scripts are unnecessary and should be removed, like 'Do we smell with our tongue'. Introduce the lesson with a relatable misconception young learners might have about the topic.
• Most of your questions have the word 'imagine' in them, use more direct questions.
• Check the script samples given as a guide on how a science lesson script looks.
