Here are some adjustment,

Lesson 1 skill 1 question 1, you didn't add the type of question(Text Answer) it is and you didn't add the instruction(Type a word)
Skill 3, Lesson 1, you didn't choose what answer was correct by clicking the checkbox
Lesson 6 skill 2 question 1, you didn't choose an answer, the question look like it's coming from a previous story that you didn't reference. You can just give it another independent character.

Can you adjust these ones?
