• Your skills are quite atomic but some of them are not measurable, for example, using the words "understand, explain". You should make use of words that can clearly define your skills. Check lesson 3, skill 1 too.

• Make your skills more of "Given xxx, identify the xxx", which involves using real-life scenarios in the integration of your skills.

• Some of the words and options you used in your questions are too complex, for example, discarded, hazardous, etc. Remember your target audience.

• Reduce your 'wh' questions to the barest minimum. Use more real-life scenarios in your questions.

• You can go through the lesson creation guide to understand how to construct your questions.
