zpool.exe alert by Windows Defender

Sometimes zpool.exe can be removed by Windows Defender as malware, so I thought I would look into how that works. As a developer you can create a ticket for False Positive here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission
which I did, and the eventual result was given as:

At this time, the submitted files do not meet our criteria for malware or potentially unwanted applications. 
The detection has been removed. Please follow the steps below to clear cached detections and obtain 
the latest malware definitions.

So it is interesting to learn. I have no idea if only THAT specific zpool.exe is considered clean, or if future compiles of zpool.exe will also pass (will I need a request every time I compile it?)
