I spent a fair amount of time comparing RT_Config.pm and RT_SiteConfig.pm and updating SiteConfig by transferring relevant lines from Config to SiteConfig. The process is not yet complete. It will probably take a while before we get RT_SiteConfig.pm cleaned up and organized.

I installed RT::Extension::ReportSpam. This gives you a "Tool" which allows you to quickly mark tickets as spam.
