There's quite some updates to dependencies of AFJ packages. We can update dev dependencies without issue, but doing breaking updates for non-dev dependencies means it'll be a breaking change for AFJ.

Before we're intending to make a 0.4.0 we should update all dependencies to the latest version.

We could say that we will already do this, and just make a 0.4.x quite soon to keep the releases flowing. Thoughts?
