The demo\playground has a requirements.txt and the dependencies need to be installed before using the scripts. The script is simple and could be updated to be requirements free.

This is a PR/maintenance issue, get dependabot alerts fairly frequently - so would be nice to remove that from our workload.

It is referenced in the aries-mediator-service / redis-pq-demo to quickly illustrate pings through a mediator. It would be nice if interested parties didn't have to set up a virtual environment or pollute their python libs just to run this script.

Just a note - not pure python... updated to run as docker container.
