sanity check dataset

It would be nice to have a dataset with "completely anomalous" images that should be easy to detect.

For instance, these images

should be easily detected (image and pixel-wise) as anomalous by any reasonable model -- hence the name "sanity check".

Usage: a boolean in the config file that would include the sanity check dataset in the testing phase.

The SyntheticAnomalyDataset from #634 could be yet an extra optional for the sanity check.
