Does AUPIMO support Folder data module?

Does AUPIMO support external datasets?

I am able to run 701a_aupimo.ipynb. However when I switch to a Folder data module (and this is the only thing I change), it does not return AUPIMO metric after the engine.test() call.

Does the dataset require labeled masks for this to work?

I believe the issue is I don't have masks for my data so none of the metrics work.
