Download and Install latest stable release v1.11.2

$ wget https://github.com/openucx/ucx/releases/download/v1.11.2/ucx-1.11.2.tar.gz
$ tar xzf ucx-1.11.2.tar.gz
$ cd ucx-1.11.2
$ ./contrib/configure-release --prefix=$PWD/install
$ make -j8 install
