Agregar "id" de navegacion para que podamos compartir la url, con la seccion seleccionada por "id".

La "url" a compartir quedaría en este formato:

https://opentech.netlify.app/previous-events#octubre-2019

Y me llevaría hasta la sección perteneciente a esa fecha.
