Required ./vendor/bin/php-cs-fixer fix before commit makes to many changes

We need for this repo either to provide ./vendor/bin/php-cs-fixer fix with some rules like ./vendor/bin/php-cs-fixer fix src --rules=@PhpCsFixer or write config file with them,
