Can't select any feature, except by lasso-selection on Win 7 Chrome 56.0.2924.87. In Firefox all works fine.

upd. Tried since 20 minutes and selection started to work...

Once selected you should just be able to drag the node around. Does this not work? What browser/os?

I can reproduce this issue in FF and Chrome on Windows 7. Can select a node by clicking on it, but cannot move it. Same behavior if I create a new node.

Confirmed; I can reproduce this on Firefox 51.0.1 (64-bit) and Chrome Version 56.0.2924.76 (64-bit).. both on ubuntu 14.04.

I can also reproduce this on the master instance at https://openstreetmap.us/iD/master/#

Once you select an unattached node, you cannot physically move it. I am able to move a node if it is a part of a line or polygon.

Here's a video of it - no errors in the console - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17003223/idbug.ogv

(BTW, Thank you for the prompt response Brian! :))

Windows 7 and Mozilla 51.0.1 (32-bit). I can move a node when it's on on a way, but I can't when the node is alone.

Thanks, I realized that in fixing dragging hovered vertices in 919234d, I broke dragging nodes. Sorry!

I just made some changes to make this code a bit easier to read, and I tested all the different dragging situations that I could think of.
