#172 can be just closed now.

Updating style has shown the problem with Lake Victoria relation, which has been probably broken yesterday. I have fixed it and on z13+ it's rendering fine, but since it's very big lake, the map of Africa looks strange now on low zoom up to z12:

Do you think re-rendering low zoom again would be good?
