Please describe what should be documented
https://github.com/openservicemesh/osm#osm-usage-patterns here out of 4 links only Observability is working rest Traffic Management(https://docs.openservicemesh.io/docs/tasks_usage/traffic_management/), Certificates(https://docs.openservicemesh.io/docs/tasks_usage/certificates/) and Sidecar Injection(https://docs.openservicemesh.io/docs/tasks_usage/sidecar_injection/) links pages are not found

Please suggest where in the repo the document should be located

#3967 fixed this issue hence closing
