Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently rules are shown using field-value combination. With addition of Yaml editor for rules, it would be useful to have a readonly view for that rule.

What solution would you like?
Have a toggle on the View Rule flyout to switch between the views.

What alternatives have you considered?
