Feature Request

Add example of using ADOT OTEL collector with the OTEL DEMO application using OpenSearch

Describe the solution you'd like:

Add ADOT collector pipeline that will replace OTEL pipeline in the DEMO application
ADOT collector will use jaeger / data-prepper as exporters to ingest data into OpenSearch
