Increasing the size of the data corpora for all official workloads

Currently, there’s a beta feature that is only supported in http_logs where users can extend the data corpus. We should have this feature enabled for all official workloads (see details listed here). In the future, it would also be good to have a solution to where it can be applied to any workload, but that might need to be made after the Anonymization of Data feature that’s listed next.
