Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the current scenario our performance tests do not utilize OSB directly to run performance benchmarking tests.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to use OSB to run performance benchmarking tests and be able to report, aggregate and analyze performance metrics.
The metrics should be available to public to view and analyze.
