[BUG] Stats horizontal chart border color

What is the bug?
When added multiple threshold, the border color remains as the base color

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run query "source = opensearch_dashboards_sample_data_logs | stats max(bytes), avg(bytes) by host" on event_analytics and click refresh
2. Select stats visualization and apply two thresholds with different colors
3. select chart type "Horizontal"
4. color of border of shapes is not as per applied threshold

What is the expected behavior?
Border color of shapes should be same as threshold color
