Add reindex option on Indice page

As an admin, I need to reindex existing indexes to form a new index(_source need to be set to default value enabled). Reindexing is mostly required for updating mapping or settings.
This task supports

• Reindex all docs
• Reindex a subset of the index
• combine multiple index into one
• Reindex only unique documents
• Transform documents during reindexing
